At their May 20th meeting the Board of Directors has decided to drastically increase the security in our community. To report any security issues please call 701-0123. This new security plan will begin immediately so you will notice an increase in security
on foot, bicycles and vehicles.
Please let us know about any concerns you may have so that our security staff will be aware of them too.

for several years now, our board of directors have not done anything about fixing the landscapte around us.. all they do is have it raked, mowed, or blown etc. , and half of our landscape is dead and we look like a shit hole. If this does not change, i will look into filing a class action lawsuit against the HOA, and board of directors on behalf of all homeowners... Anyone who has rececently sold or bought, refinanced where appraisal is needed; this could have adversely affected them. We pay in our dues to maintain landcape, water, etc... not that our place looks half dead.
